The Skannal family's central core is its parents and their ten children. Approximately 16 years ago in the effort to unify the core of the family the "S" club was formed. The "S" club is a family organization with scheduled meetings on the third Sunday of each month with elected officers that include a President, Vice-President, Secretary, Tresurer, and Sargeant at Arms.

The purpose of the "S" Club is to promote and instill strong family values and encourage social, economic, and educational skills and development. This includes and is not limited to community involvement, family outings, family celebrations and holidays. Within the "S" Club is the practice of parliamentary procedures that gives every member a voice and a vote on family issues.

We focus on honoring our parents by serving them with attention to their needs. All activities of the "S" Club are provided at no cost to them. Lastly, we focus on helping the younger generation, promoting goal setting, education, financial advice and time management.
